You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moneyfield Microfinance Bank, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), damages, and costs arising from:

1. Your use of the Mobile/Internet Banking Application;
2. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions;
3. Any breach of applicable laws or regulations;
4. Any unauthorized use of your device or credentials;
5. Any infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties by you.

You further agree that Moneyfield Microfinance Bank shall not be liable for any claims or damages that may arise as a result of any transaction initiated or instructions given via the mobile application, whether authorized or unauthorized, provided such transaction or instruction was processed in good faith.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Mobile/Internet Banking Application.
